Refund Policy

PAYGO balance

Unused PAYGO balance may be reviewed for refund eligibility when requested within 7 days of top-up and before substantial usage occurs.

Balance already consumed by API usage, subscription access or granted promotional credit is generally not refundable.

Duplicate, failed or incorrectly credited payments can be reviewed and corrected after provider-side confirmation.

Send the account email, order ID, payment method and reason to support@codextokenapi.com. Do not send private keys or full payment credentials.

Approved refunds are processed through the original payment route when technically available; timing depends on the payment provider.
